Changed your mind? No worries! We offer an easy 30-day return policy on most items.

General Returns

Most items purchased from Luxe Nordique may be returned unused within 30 days of the shipment date for a full refund, store credit, or exchange. Items must be returned in their original, factory-sealed packaging and in the same condition as received.

 


Return Shipping Costs

  • Our Mistake: If we sent the wrong item, size, or color, or the product was defective or damaged during shipping, we will cover the return shipping cost. Please notify us immediately so we can arrange a replacement at no extra cost.

  • Buyer’s Remorse: If the item is as described and you simply changed your mind, you are welcome to return it, but you will be responsible for the return shipping. Only one return shipping charge will apply per order.

 


Refunds & Processing

  • Returns are subject to a 0% restocking fee.

  • Refunds will be issued in the same form of payment used for purchase, or store credit can be offered upon request.

  • Once the item is received and passes inspection, a full refund will be issued.

  • Original shipping costs are also refundable for buyer’s remorse returns.

  • Please allow 3-5 business days for your return to be processed.

 


Preparing Your Return

  1. Include the original invoice with your complete shipping address.

  2. Clearly write the reason for return, and don’t forget to include your order number and phone number.

  3. Use a trackable shipping service and/or purchase shipping insurance.

  4. Email us the return tracking number for faster processing.

 


Special Circumstances

  • Seller Error: Contact us immediately if we sent the wrong product, size, or color. We’ll send the correct item free of charge.

  • Defective Items: Report defects within 30 days for an exchange.

  • Shipping Damage: Contact us as soon as possible with photos of the damaged package and items so we can file a claim and arrange a replacement.

 


Cancellations

Orders can be cancelled before processing, which typically happens the next business day. Please email us as soon as possible to check if your order is still eligible for cancellation.

Preorders and back-orders can be cancelled at any time before they ship.
